Recruitment Administrator

Location: Home-based with occasional travel to Northampton Head Office

Salary: £25,000 p/a

We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly Resourcing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, supporting our practices across the UK, and helping us bring talented people into our growing organisation.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Posting and managing vacancies on Tribepad, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Reviewing applications, shortlisting potential hires, and rejecting unsuitable candidates with professionalism.
  • Supporting candidate screening calls, interview scheduling, and communications.
  • Assisting with recruitment reporting (MI) and ensuring compliance with internal policies and data protection.
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with recruitment-related projects.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven administrative experience (recruitment background desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Tribepad desirable).
  • Experience within dentistry or healthcare is a plus but not essential.
