Job Title: Resourcing Specialist 

Reports To: Senior Resourcing Specialist 

Department: Recruitment 

Location: Remote Working with occasional travel to our Northampton office if required

About the Role: 

As a Resourcing Specialist at Rodericks Dental Partners, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging talent within the Dental Market. You’ll be the go-to expert for identifying the most effective channels and sourcing methods, using a combination of internal systems and external platforms to connect with the best candidates. 

Working closely with Recruitment Business Partners and reporting to the Senior Resourcing Specialist, you’ll actively headhunt Clinicians for key roles, using innovative sourcing strategies to meet business needs and support growth across the organisation. 


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Attraction 

  • Identify and utilise the most effective channels to attract and engage with talent.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns using social media, CRM systems, and external attraction tools.
  • Generate candidate leads through proactive headhunting and all available recruitment methods.
  • Develop and deliver targeted campaigns across social media, email, and CRM platforms to engage passive candidates.


Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners to understand future hiring needs and priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive candidate pipelines into specific geographical areas to increase revenue and fill capacity.
  • Provide expert advice on sourcing strategies to the recruitment team.

 

Monitoring & Reporting 

  • Manage your own workload, time, and candidate data effectively.
  • Confidently present updates, successes, and challenges to your stakeholders and line manager.
  • Track and report on sourcing performance and campaign effectiveness.

 

Key Requirements: 

  • Experience in Recruitment or Resourcing within Dentistry or Clinical sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of attraction strategies and sourcing tools.
  • Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in prioritising tasks and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
